The fastest way to reach signLingo is email: harshitkhemani@gmail.com. We read everything, and we would rather hear that a sign is wrong than not hear it.
Reporting a wrong sign
This is the message we most want to receive. signLingo describes real languages used by real people, and a handshape that is subtly wrong teaches somebody something false. If a sign in any course does not match how it is actually produced, tell us which language, which letter or word, and what is wrong about it — the finger, the orientation, the placement. Corrections from Deaf signers and sign-language teachers go to the front of the queue, and we will name the source in the fix if you want us to.
Bugs and camera trouble
If the camera will not start, or a sign will not grade no matter what you do, send the browser and device you are on and what the app said when it failed. signLingo tells you why tracking failed — too dark, no hands, one hand where two are needed — and quoting that message back to us is usually enough to find the problem. Issues can also be opened on the public repository.
Anything else
Questions about how the checking works, requests for a language we do not cover yet, accessibility problems, or press: same address. We are a two-person project, so a reply may take a few days, but you will get one.
